The All-In-One CRE Lending & Investing Software Platform

NSS CEO Discusses the State of the Company at the End of 2022

The State of NSS at the End of 2022

To understand the state of NSS at the end of 2022, we have to know that digitization within the CREF industry has been hastened greatly over the last couple years. Like many other advances in technology and productivity, the initiative and investment in this movement was born out of necessity. Additionally, North Shore Systems has focused on partnering and integrating with other entities in the industry. Specifically, service providers like market data companies and OFAC checkers to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Our company has evolved into the solution provider it is through years of experience implementing the North Shore platform…across different types of CREF lenders and investors, and across the spectrum of functionality needed from the front-end to the back-end.

We have continued to execute our twenty-year plan of building out one system that is end-to-end. The final piece we have added to our system is the Servicing component. Now, North Shore is truly the CREF Operating System™.

In addition to expanding the platform, we have expanded our resources as well, from marketing to customer support.

Our customers and successful implementations will always be our primary concern. Understanding that the goals and needs of each are different and need to be understood and at the center of the software solution.

We are thankful to our customers for their interest and initiative as they implement North Shore, and actively participate in the digitization movement. These companies will realize a huge productivity lift, and also an insurance policy mitigating operational risk and market changes. They have all helped to make the North Shore offering that much richer and more comprehensive.
