North Shore Systems recently enhanced their resources as subject matter expert, Linda Hamza joined the team. Linda brings an extensive depth of industry knowledge to NSS as she has worked in the financial services industry for over twenty years now.
Before joining NSS, Linda was the SVP, Business Technology and PMO Director for Luther Burbank Savings in Manhattan Beach, CA. During her fifteen years at LBS, she managed the teams implementing and supporting all the banking applications. This included the NSS Loan Origination System, Portal and Asset Management applications. Essentially, she has over twenty years of managing systems and product implementations, including the full suite of NSS products. Since 2016, she led numerous NSS projects at the $7B bank. These projects brought efficiency gains which directly resulted from leveraging the NSS functionalities, such as workflow automation and validation checks.
Her expansive prior knowledge of the North Shore platform makes brining Linda onto the team even more exciting. Linda’s unique perspective as a former NSS user provides the team with great insights in terms of what features users value most within the system.
With her experience in the industry and previous seven years of working with NSS as a client she is now helping North Shore customers get as much out of their implementations of the system as possible. Additionally, Linda is supporting the new servicing module and consulting with the team on its new user interface. Linda is passionate about bringing her experience managing and implementing systems to other North Shore Systems clients! In a recent conversation with Linda she disclosed, “I’m excited to be working with the great North Shore Systems team in delivering the best-in-class suite of LOS, servicing and asset management solutions.” With her knowledge, we expect to have many successful implementations in the future.
