A standout accomplishment has been the launch of our mobile app. This significantly increased the accessibility of The CREF Operating System™, as it creates on the go access, setting us apart from competitors who lack mobile capabilities. Now, users can stay connected regardless of where they are working. We are constantly aiming to create an extremely accessible and user-friendly platform, and the launch of our mobile app has taken that mission to the next step.
Servicing Platform Completes The CREF Operating System™
Another milestone was the restructuring and launch of our servicing system, completing our end-to-end platform. A few years ago we brought a subject matter expert onto the team. Her expertise aided us in developing a robust and comprehensive, industry-leading servicing module. The servicing component has been instrumental in growing our platform, which now manages over $500B in total loan amount. While we offer a complete, unified solution for the entire loan process, the servicing module also functions as a standalone solution, offering flexibility and a seamless user experience. Ultimately, our ability to offer a complete end-to-end platform solidifies our leadership within the industry.
Leading the Way in Electronic B2B Capabilities
Additionally, we have led the way in electronic B2B capabilities for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, automating the process of sending all necessary data from North Shore to these agencies and their seller services, streamlining communications and enhancing efficiency.
A Bold New Look: Platform Redesign
Lastly, we undertook a complete platform redesign, modernizing its interface and introducing new features to simplify workflows and boost usability. This enhancement includes aesthetic upgrades such as updated fonts, colors and icons throughout the entire interface. Beyond aesthetic enhancements, the revamped system introduces new features designed to simplify workflows and navigation. These include a navigational icon bar located in the header, a universal submit button in the bottom-right corner of every screen to improve streamlined action, enhanced customization of deal headers, as well as collapsible menus and so much more. Ultimately, this redesign goes beyond aesthetics, reflecting our commitment to creating user-friendly, cutting-edge technology that empowers clients to work more efficiently.
