North Shore Systems has attended five trade shows thus far in 2023. Most recently, they traveled to New York City in June to exhibit at the CREFC Annual Conference. NSS has exhibited countless times at CRE Finance Council’s various conferences over the years. These conferences have allowed them to connect with a variety of individuals within the industry. This year NSS met face-to-face with multiple potential customers and gave them a brief demo of the system on site. NSS showcased their end-to-end CMBS platform while also emphasizing that the individual modules can be implemented on their own. Alternatively, the entire end-to-end platform can be implemented at once depending on each individual company’s needs.
The North Shore platform, otherwise known as the CREF Operating System™ is comprised of nine different modules: customer portal, origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, construction, asset management, portfolio reporting, and CMBS. While clients can choose to only implement certain modules from the complete system, they can also fully customize the platform. The customizability of the platform allows users to modify it to their personal preferences. Additionally, NSS recently launched their mobile app which is now available on the Apple app store. This application allows users to take the system with them on the go. Ultimately, this makes it much more accessible for all different types of users.
Looking Forward
Leaving the CREFC Annual Conference, North Shore Systems has a handful of more in-depth demos scheduled with companies whom they connected with at the conference. NSS looks forward to continuing to connect with other companies within the CRE industry as well as other companies that are a part of the CRE Finance Council.
