Earlier this month the North Shore Systems team attended the Mortgage Banker Association’s CREF ’25 Conference, one of the biggest events in the commercial real estate industry. Located in San Diego, this event provided the perfect atmosphere for networking industry leaders, exploring emerging trends, and showcasing our latest innovations.
For over 20 years North Shore Systems has participated in this trade show, demonstrating our commitment to both the MBA and the broader commercial real estate industry. As always, we exhibited at the event, offering attendees an in-depth look at our comprehensive platform. Engaging with industry professionals in person allows us to highlight the unique capabilities of our system while gaining valuable insights on the evolving needs of lenders, investors, and financial institutions. This way we are able to gain a deeper understanding of what each prospect may be looking for and how we can best assist them in achieving their goals.
Strengthening Connections & Exploring New Opportunities
This year’s event was very fruitful for the company. We had the opportunity to connect with numerous potential clients and have already scheduled several first-round demonstrations in the upcoming weeks. We are excited to take a deeper dive into the system and all that it has to offer. Hub Stage Demo: Showcasing Our Site Inspection Capabilities
One of the highlights of this year’s event was our ten-minute demonstration on the Hub Stage, located in the exhibit hall. This platform gave us the perfect opportunity to showcase our site inspection capabilities, emphasizing how our base system, external facing portal and mobile app work together to streamline the site inspection process from fieldwork to final reporting.
Key features we highlighted during the demo included:

- Mobile capabilities that allow inspectors to capture photos and add comments via our iPhone app.
