CBRE Initiates Digitization Effort Across its Debt Platform

From deal sourcing, to underwriting, closing, agency submission, and asset management, CBRE has continued to implement additional modules of the NS platform to digitize their entire process from end to end. Users can underwrite a new deal for Fannie, Freddie, or FHA, and then electronically submitted to the chosen agency. The company is working with North Shore Systems to automate the third party and internal appraisal data capture. The plan is to have production and borrower access to the system through the North Shore Portal and to eventually have those in the field accessing the system through the new mobile app for North Shore Systems.
