In a systems-streamlining initiative, Apex has decided to expand its usage of the North Shore platform. Apex Mortgage has decided to implement North Shore Servicing. By implementing NSS’s recently added loan servicing and accounting module, Apex has thereby created a straight-through process for its commercial mortgage business. After implementing the LOS and Asset Management modules, the firm is taking advantage of NSS’s newly developed Servicing extension, with the ultimate goal of a true single, end-to-end platform for their mortgage business.
