With the lockdown and work from home activity subsiding, and face-to-face interaction and customer reconnecting on the increase, North Shore Systems attended the majority of 2023 conference events for the different sectors of the CREF industry. This included:
- CREF ’23 in San Diego
- Crittenden Multifamily & Finance Conference in Dallas
- MBA’s Technology Solutions Conference in San Jose
- CMST ’23 in Chicago
- CRE Finance Council’s Annual Conference in New York
The primary takeaways from the 2023 conference events and marketing activities were: the changes in sources of capital from traditional to private debt/equity; the ripple effect of office downturn, the need for lenders to be quick on their feet in reacting to market conditions, the inability for anyone to prognosticate the future, and, of course the acute need for enterprise systems to pull together disparate information from numerous sources.
With the new year approaching, North Shore Systems is getting ready to re-enter trade show season. The company is excited to re-attend some of the CRE Finance Council and Mortgage Bankers Association trade shows that they attended last year. In fact, North Shore Systems is happy to announce that they will be attending CREF ’24 from February 11-14 in San Diego! We cannot wait to return to this conference and see some familiar faces while also meeting many new professionals within the industry.
