North Shore Systems recently sponsored a major CRE industry event, the CREFC Annual Conference ’24, held from June 10-12. Every year CRE Finance Council hosts one of the biggest events in the commercial real estate finance industry. This year it took place in New York City. This event is known to bring together industry leaders and commercial real estate professionals from all around the world.
This year the show featured over 15 exhibitors and hosted a variety of panels and networking opportunities for their attendees. Likewise, there were over 35 sponsors providing another testament to the amount of outpouring love and support this trade show receives each and every year.
The trade show featured great keynote speeches from employees at New York Economic Development Corporation and MAG Partners. Attendees had the option to choose from a plethora of discussions to listen to with topics ranging from “increased transparency into servicer holdbacks” to “asset management trends” to discussing “loan underwriting and sizing: current focal points.” Furthermore, with a wide range of discussion topics, there was an option fit for everyone to enjoy.
Sustainability Initiative at CREFC Annual '24
While North Shore Systems was unable to attend in person this year, we had the privilege to support from afar. This year, CRE Finance Council held a sustainability initiative and part of that initiative was the badge recycling program that NSS was honored to have sponsored. This meant that all parts of the conference badges would get recycled in partnership with a specialty recycler, diminishing plastic waste at this conference.
Above all, we are proud to have sponsored such an insightful industry event like CREFC Annual Conference ’24. We look forward to continuing to show our support in the upcoming years, whether that be by attending or sponsoring. That being said, NSS is a proud CREFC member!
