North Shore Systems has had a great start to the year. NSS attended five trade shows already in the first half of 2023. These shows include CREF ’23 in San Diego, the Crittenden Multifamily & Finance Conference in Dallas, MBA’s Technology Solutions Conference in San Jose, CMST ’23 in Chicago, and CRE Finance Council’s Annual Conference in New York!
At the beginning of the year, NSS made its 24th appearance at CREF, demonstrating their dedication and commitment to the industry and the Mortgage Bankers Association. With CREF being one of the biggest events that the North Shore team attends every year, NSS acquired interest from many different individuals.
Additionally, this was North Shore Systems’ first time attending a conference put on by The Crittenden Report. While this conference was smaller in size, NSS was able to make new impressions on multiple companies they had never come across before. This also allowed them to explore potential opportunities for new segments within the industry to market the North Shore platform to.
In San Jose, NSS was able to reflect on their own platform and consider potential enhancements to add to their suite of options while observing all the other tech companies around them. This conference was helpful in aiding NSS in generating new ideas to increase their user’s experience with the North Shore platform.
In Chicago and New York, the NSS team built connections with various companies interested in incorporating a new tech vendor into their day to day operations. Since these conferences, multiple demos have been scheduled to further demonstrate the features and functionality of the North Shore platform.
By participating as exhibitors at all five shows, NSS was able to connect with many other CRE professionals while learning more about the industry as a whole.
Sponsored Trade Shows
NSS has sponsored two more trade shows in addition to the shows they have attended this year. The shows they sponsored were the CRE Finance Council January Conference 2023 and CBRE’s 2023 Multifamily Summit. With each of these conferences, NSS was able to virtually attend, allowing them to continually promote their name within the industry.
Overall, North Shore Systems continues to stand out as the #1 LOS in the industry and they’re excited about the remainder of the trade shows they are considering attending throughout the rest of the year.
