North Shore Systems' Groundbreaking System Showcased at RMA Conference 2016
North Shore Systems president and CEO, Brian McCracken, participated in a panel discussion at The RMA Conference. This discussion focused on technology-enabled innovation in commercial lending. McCracken demonstrated the rules-based risk management system using North Shore’s proprietary Business Rules Engine (BRE) admin panel. In doing so he explained how the use of knowledge, or rules-based underwriting and portfolio surveillance effectively reduce credit and operational risk.
McCracken explained how the intelligence of senior risk managers can be incorporated into origination and asset management platforms. This integration triggers rules at various points throughout the entire lending process. Thus, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the rules-based risk management system.
