North Shore Systems Completes Its End-to-End Platform with the Servicing Module
We are proud to share the release of North Shore Systems’ CRE servicing module. This final component completes our end-to-end CRE software suite. It offers clients unparalleled flexibility, functioning as a stand-alone software or in conjunction with the rest of the system.
A Long-Awaited Release with Future Enhancements
After extensive development of the servicing system, we are excited to release the initial version. We are excited to continue to build on this foundational phase moving forward. Furthermore, users can expect future enhancements that will further the system’s capabilities. Currently, we have three different prospects beta testing the product, providing valuable feedback that will guide future iterations. One is a life company, another a bridge lender and the third is another agency lender.

The servicing system has been in development for a while now. The process accelerated after we brought a subject matter expert on board last year. Her primary focus has been ensuring that this module meets the highest standards. Countless meetings and reviews have refined the system into its final 1.0 version. Additionally, we took the opportunity to strip down the existing servicing screens and rebuilt it from the ground up. Throughout this process we emphasized creating a clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interface. Every essential feature a user would expect in a base servicing system is included in the 1.0 version.
