BRE usage provides Annaly a heightened overview and better control of risk management decisions. North Shore Systems enabled Annaly to extract the incoming feed of property rent rolls and operating statements produced by Yardi, Argus feeds, and IRR calculations through open API integrations within its one software platform for the entire commercial investment process.
