Driving Innovation in CRE Technology Solutions: Spring 2025 Event Recap
This spring, North Shore Systems attended two of the industry’s most influential commercial real estate conferences. Thus, reinforcing our position as a leader in CRE technology solutions.
We remain dedicated to staying at the forefront of innovation with a strong emphasis on collaboration. These events provide valuable opportunities to connect with industry professionals, gain market insight, and share our latest system updates. Moreover, they help us learn what matters most to lenders and investors. Each event pushes us to evolve our end-to-end system and actively propel the future of the CRE technology space.
Showcasing North Shore AI and Platform Enhancements
At both events we highlighted the recent launch of our latest development, North Shore AI. This built-in AI engine can be accessed across the entire platform, saving users significant time in their day-to-day processes. It enables users to extract key details, find insights, and surface information across their portfolio in seconds.
Meanwhile, we shared about the significant improvements to our servicing system and the overall look of our platform that we’ve made over the last year. Still, the debut of North Shore AI took center stage as artificial intelligence was a major topic at both shows. Our live demonstrations highlighted North Shore AI, resulting in a number of companies expressing interest in receiving more information about our end-to-end platform.
Connecting at the MBA Servicing and Technology Conference
In May we attended Mortgage Bankers Association’s Commercial/Multifamily Finance Servicing and Technology Conference. There we shared in-depth insights on our construction and servicing modules, and showcased how the platform can be implemented one module at a time. As a result, users can choose to implement as much or as little of the system as they desire.
Here we received a lot of interest in our end-to-end platform from a wide range of lenders seeking flexible solutions. Many showed interest in adopting one or two modules first before expanding to the full suite. We generated several high-quality leads at this event that have developed into ongoing discussions and promising opportunities.
Sharing AI Innovation at the CRE Finance Council Annual Conference
Our team traveled to New York City in June to exhibit at CRE Finance Council’s Annual Conference, a show we’re proud to participate in year after year. This year’s conference confirmed that the CRE industry is rapidly embracing AI-driven solutions. Our team received a lot of interest in North Shore AI, as attendees were eager to discuss its capabilities and how it enhances the rest of the system. These conversations reaffirmed our mission to lead with innovation and deliver technological solutions that adapt to the evolving industry.
Insights, Networking, and What's Ahead
Both trade shows offered a variety of educational sessions and networking opportunities, providing a wide view of the current state of the commercial real estate industry. Since then, we have incorporated the feedback and insights gained from these conferences into our ongoing platform enhancements. With this, we continue to maintain our mission and stay ahead of the curve while actively solving industry issues.
Since returning, our team has given a handful of introductory demos and continued conversations with the organizations we met. Several interested prospects have now completed multiple rounds of demonstrations and implementation discussions. We are optimistic about what the second half of the year holds and excited to continue sharing our progress.
Looking ahead, we plan to return to both conferences in 2026. Additionally, we are excited to see that Mortgage Bankers Associations’ Commercial Multifamily Finance Servicing and Technology Conference will be held right in our backyard, in San Diego, CA.
